Introduction

SMS Anywhere Go Live is a cloud service to help people to backup and browse phone SMS/MMS/CALL events online. With this service you can check your SMS/MMS/CALL events online even the phone is not with you. All events are kept for 3 months before they get purged on the server. (For MMS, only the text part is transfered to cloud server.)

To enjoy the cloud service, you need to register a free account at http://wisware.com/golive. And a client application is required to installed on the phone. The client application starts automatically when phone is powered on. It runs in background and transfer phone events to the online server under your account.

Client Settings

	User ID - Your account ID. Password - Your account password.
	Backup type - Select a backup type. Real time - Event is transferred right after it happens. Certain time - Events are transferred at a fixed time every day. Periodic timer - Events are transferred periodically. You may set a periodical timer of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours. Auto detect - Events are automatically transferred when a network connection is detected. For instance when you browse web sites on your phone, the client application can detect your browser connection and use this connection to transfer events.
	Network type - Select the network type to transfer events. You may select Wifi or 3G/GPRS or both. WIFI connection - Select a Wifi connection or "Auto" to try all Wifi connection one by one. 3G/GPRS connection - Select a 3G/GPRS connection or "Auto" to try all 3G/GPRS connection one by one.
	SMS event - Select the SMS event type you want to backup: incoming, outgoing or both. MMS event - Select the MMS event type you want to backup: incoming, outgoing or both. Call event - Select the call event type you want to backup: incoming, outgoing or both.
	Client password - Set a password to restrict access to the client application. If you set this password, each time you open the client application you need to input this password. This password is NOT your online account password.
	White list - When white list is set, only events from/to the numbers in white list is backed up. Put "," as separator between phone numbers. You can use wildcard characters "" and "?", where "" matches zero or more consecutive occurrences of any character and "?" matches a single occurrence of any character. For instance, 44831 stands for any number contains "44831". 992????? stands for any 8 digits number starts with 992. Black list - When black list is set, all events from/to the numbers in black list is NOT backed up. Put "," as separator between phone numbers. You can use wildcard characters "" and "?", where "" matches zero or more consecutive occurrences of any character and "?" matches a single occurrence of any character. For instance, 44831 stands for any number contains "44831". 992????? stands for any 8 digits number starts with 992.
	Auto start - Automatically start the client application upon phone is powered on.

How to hide the application?

To hide the application from your phone, you will need to get a Pro Subscription of SMS Anywhere Go Live! service. We will send you a hidden version of the client application.

The hidden version does NOT have any icon on phone screen.
To change the settings of hidden version, you need to dial your password on the phone keypad. The default password is "123456".
We recommend you to use Wifi as network type, which can save your cost and avoid GPRS/EDGE/3G connection sign.
Use "Auto detect" as backup type can also help to hide the application. In this work mode, the application transfers data only when Internet activity is detected. For instance, the phone user is browsing web sites, sending and receiveing email/MMS, using some network-oriented applications, etc.
